Pumpkin mug cake
For 2:
2 Tbsp (15ml) coconut oil
1/2 heaped cup pumpkin
3 Tbsp almond meal
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp mixed spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
Put in two ramekins. Microwave for 2 or 3 mins.
