2 small salmon fillets
1 T miso paste
1 T soy sauce
2 T honey
1 T mirin
lime or lemon wedges to garnish and spritz the fish
Oven to 200C.
Mix glaze ingredients together and brush some over salmon.
Bake 20 minutes, basting every 5.
Served with baked asparagus & white bean croutons.
