Creamy salmon pie
600g salmon, chunked
1 cup cream
Big handful of Parmesan
Grated rind of 1 lemon
2 or 3 crushed garlic cloves
Big pile of rocket, wilted
Topping:
1/2 smallish head of cauliflower, steamed & mashed with
Tbsp grated Parmesan
Knob butter
Cook at 200C for 20 or 25.
