Almond crackers
270g almond meal
1 Tbsp o oil
1 egg
Oven at 150C. Mix ingredients, roll between baking paper & score. Bake 15 minutes, break, flip over & return to cooling oven to continue drying.
Can add Rosemary, salt. Try sweet or spicy.
