For 4:
2 large sweet potato, microwaved 6 minutes or more, turning halfway then panfried about 12 minutes till crisp.
Toast in a dry pan
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp salt flakes
Black beans
Lemon juice
Yoghurt
Shaved cucumber
