Kale chips
1 bunch of kale
1/2 lemon
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. tamari
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup sesame seeds
Oven at 140C. Use two trays. Cook 25 mins, turning twice.
