- FILLING (stew fruit & spices on stovetop first, then add coconut cream)
- 400g apples
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Juice and zest of 1/2 orange
- 1/4 cup coconut cream
- TOPPING (blitz)
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1.5 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoons maple syrup
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Grease a pie dish (Pyrex) & layer fruit then crumble. Bake 15 minutes.
