Apple buckwheat bircher

For 2 ppl

The night before:
1 apple, grated
1/3 cup buckwheat groats
1/3 cup rolled oats
tsp chia seeds
handful frozen blueberries
handful sultanas or craisins
pinch of cinnamon
milk

To serve:
toasted walnuts or pecans
yoghurt
